What to know before getting started.

01 What flows should every eCommerce brand have?
At a minimum: a welcome series, abandoned cart and browse flows, a post-purchase sequence, and a win-back for lapsed customers. These run automatically and typically drive a large share of email and SMS revenue. We prioritize the build by which flows will recover the most revenue for you first.
02 Do we need email, SMS, or both?
Usually both, doing different jobs. Email carries depth, storytelling, and merchandising; SMS is for timely, high-intent nudges like back-in-stock or cart reminders. We build them to work together and cap frequency so the two lift revenue without fatiguing your list.
03 What platform do you work in?
We work in your existing platform, including Klaviyo, Postscript, and Attentive, so you keep ownership of your data and account. If you're choosing a platform or outgrowing your current one, we'll help you select and migrate cleanly.
04 How is this different from sending newsletters?
Newsletters are one-off blasts. Lifecycle automation sends the right message based on what a customer actually does, so it earns revenue around the clock without someone hitting send. Campaigns still have their place; we just make sure the automated foundation is doing the heavy lifting first.
